The last couple years have brought on a lot of change for everybody. With so much happening around us, there is something else developing at the underbelly of it all -- poor gut health. Emotional stress compounded by our change in lifestyle (less physical exercise, a poor diet, irregular sleep schedules, and where’s that Vitamin D?!) has many health professionals claiming that one long-term impact of the pandemic will be gut issues.

We believe that the key to a happy life is through a healthier gut. Which is why we are setting out to improve digestive health one belly at a time.
